Foundation waterproofing involves sealing the exterior of your home’s concrete foundation to prevent moisture from penetrating it.

When our assessment reveals structural damage or the presence of active cracks, a foundation repair phase systematically precedes the waterproofing work. We then proceed with injections of professional-grade urethane or epoxy to permanently seal the cracks, restore structural stability, and create a watertight barrier against leaks.
Once your foundation has been repaired, we install one or more of the following waterproofing systems:
- Waterproofing membrane
A heat-welded barrier applied directly to the foundation surface prevents any water penetration, even in the event of new cracks. We carefully prepare the concrete by cleaning and thoroughly drying it, apply a bituminous adhesion primer, and then seal the membrane by heat welding to guarantee a perfect and lasting bond.
- Drainage membrane
A specially designed textured layer creates an air gap between the soil and the foundation wall. This configuration effectively channels water towards the subgrade drainage system while significantly reducing hydrostatic pressure on the structure.
- Combined system
For properties located in areas with a high water table or facing recurring infiltrations, we recommend the installation of both types of membranes, thus offering maximum protection and long-term peace of mind.
